Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Cuándo llegué al hotel estaba cerrado no apareció nadie para abrir la puerta me entré y llamé toqué y no me pude comunicar con nadie tuve que irme a otro hotel cercano y a alquilar otro hotel y perdí el dinero de la reserva y todo lo demás me engañaron con ese hospedaje y me cogieron el dinero y nunca hubo una devolución de dinero y nunca usé el hotel son unos rateros
