    Right next to the popular Tracadero Restaurant & Spa/Casino. 10 min walk to the beach.
    Spacious safe condo ideal for long-term rentals. Lot of ventilation & good sunlight.

    Our Space:
    Quiet peaceful condo and surroundings!
    Ocean front, rooms with 3 balconies in total for up to 4 guests.
    One bedroom with a Queen bed & 2nd bedroom with two single beds.
    Kitchen | Pool | AC in each bedroom & living room | Ceiling Fans
    We have added permanent WIFI
    Ideal for long-term renting
    Relax and let the dream of the Caribbean take you away!!!!

    Accessibility:
    - 24/7 Pool access.
    - Additionally, right next to the building you can take a day pass to use the Spa services & swimming pools from Tracadero Resort
    - Very pretty beach in Dominicus Town - 10-15 min walk.
    - The whole town is well secured & safe.
    - Take a taxi to the next town - about 8-10 min in car

    - Pretty Beach - 10-15 min walk. We can let you know where to buy very inexpensive seafood right out of the Ocean.

    - Bachata clubs, Italian French, Venezuelan & Dominican restaurants around!!
    - Book the most amazing sail or Catamaran trips to Saona Island, Altos de Chavon River, Snorkel beautiful reef, diving!
    - Take a Horse back riding experience to National Park!! (about a 10-15 minute walk or take a car)
    - Casino, horse back riding, scooters diving snorkel trips can be booked at local tour offices!

    There is NO Condo with a beachfront in this town at all except those owned by resorts.
    Restaurants, sauna massage, shopping center, etc are right around the neighborhood! Dominicus is a small very pretty town with a mix of European Italian Caribbean style and occupants.

    We are next to the Tracadero Restaurant and Spa which is exclusive and beautiful. We do NOT provide access to it. You will have to pay directly for a Day pass or you can simply book your reservation at the restaurant for dining or services.

Das Appartment. Ist sehr alt und vernachlässigt, Fenster schließen nicht richtig, die Armaturen in Küche und Bad sehen erschreckend aus . Der Pool wäre gut, wenn es denn auch so etwas wie Liegen oder Gartenmöbel gäbe. Der Weg zum öffentlichen Strand ist nicht in 5 Minuten zu schaffen , eher 15. -20 Minuten .

Dominicus Reef

Wir waren drei Wochen in Dominicus und haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt! Die Anlage ist gepflegt und der Pool wird jeden Morgen vom Laub befreit. Die Einrichtung ist landestypisch und funktional. Die Kommunikation mit der Anbieterin verlief reibungslos. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!
