It is possible, upon reservation at reception, to use the common barbecue available to the residential.
For its use, the administration will only ask for a contribution of 200RD $ (4 US$) and, after having used it, to leave the barbecue clean as they found it.

Our esteemed guests are informed that condominium rules dictate that it is prohibited to lay out any handkerchiefs, towels, clothes and/or sheets to dry in plain view, both in the common area and on private patios and balconies.

Likewise, excessive use of horns is not allowed and as you want never after 8 pm or unauthorized parties.

Management has the power to fine tenants who will not abide by the rules, and in the event that the property receives fines, we will need to request disbursement through from the guests who received it.
