Welcome to our peaceful and spacious 2-bedroom condo, located in the quiet and scenic Terra Linda neighborhood of Marin County. This thoughtfully furnished home is available for rent only on rare occasions while we’re away—and **exclusively during the months of January and February**, with a minimum **one-month stay required**.

Inside, you'll find a comfortable queen bed and 2- twin beds, designer furniture in the living room, including a luxurious Stressless sofa and chair set. Modern conveniences include WiFi, heating, a washer and dryer (in-unit), and Breville appliances, including a panini grill, waffle maker, juice and coffee maker—everything you need for a comfortable extended stay.

Enjoy two private balconies with picturesque views , and take advantage of the home's excellent location:
