Beautiful contemporary house in the private urbanization of San Roque Club golf course.

The first floor consists of a main suite with dressing room, shower room and large terrace with splendid views of the golf course, as well as two other bedrooms and a bathroom.

On the roof, you can enjoy a very spacious solarium terrace.

The garden and terraces are south-facing, so you can enjoy the generous Andalusian sun throughout the year.
