Welcome to this comfortable apartment, very bright, with a spacious terrace. Surrounded by flowering and tree-lined gardens, you will have the opportunity to enjoy three magnificent swimming pools. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and is located on the first floor of a modern, perfectly maintained residence with 24-hour security. You will only need to walk a hundred metres to reach the magnificent "Alcaidesa Links" golf course, while the sandy beach is located 2 kilometres away. Located not far from the superb Sotogrande marina, this is a place where style, nature and landscapes, as well as services, come together to enjoy an exclusive stay in southern Spain. Due to its particular topography, Alcaidesa offers unrivalled views of the Mediterranean.

Summer vacation

Swimming pool area is very nice. Shabby chairs, sofa needs cleaning. On photos furniture looks much new than in real life. The process of obtaining and returning keys. Very inconvenient that we had to go to the office

El apartamento está muy bien, porque son relativamente nuevos. Esta muy pelado de menaje y útiles de cocina. Tuvimos que pedir más vasos y una mini pimer, ya que la que había no funcionaba. Nos la trajeron sin problemas, pero al tercer día de estancia. La limpieza del apartamento no estaba realizada a fondo presentando muchas pelusas por toda la casa. El apartamento pertenece a Zapinvest, por lo que se pago doble comisión a Vrbo y a zapinvest, lo cual ha supuesto un sobre coste de 120 euros. Casi un 15% más de su valor

La grandeur de l appartement son électroménager. Le calme de la résidence trouver un Transat chaque jour à la piscine. La vue Plus de vaisselles et une plancha sur la grande terrasse

Basic, dark and cold

The property was very clean but very basic, no sun gets to the balcony so there’s nowhere to enjoy the sun and it made the apartment very cold and dark.
