You will find 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms thoughtfully distributed across multiple levels. The villa features a private kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and grill. From your accommodation, you can enjoy breathtaking mountain and sea views, including panoramic vistas of the Rock of Gibraltar.



Step outside to your private garden, uncovered terrace, and outdoor pool where you can unwind while soaking in the stunning surroundings. The villa includes a spectacular 120 sqm solarium on the upper level, perfect for relaxation. The property also features a spacious 130 sqm underground garage.



You have access to 4 shared garage spaces plus additional shared street parking. Your pets are welcome to join your stay, though events are not permitted on the property.



Your beachfront getaway is enhanced by the beach being just a 5-minute walk away. The villa sits in a tranquil urbanization, ideal for peaceful vacation days. Geweldig!

Pros: We hebben hier een fantastisch verblijf gehad. Wat een prachtige, rustige plek met volop privacy, precies wat je zoekt als je even helemaal tot rust wilt komen. Het huis is met veel zorg ingericht en alles werkte perfect. De verhuurders zijn ontzettend gastvrij en behulpzaam. Dat maakte ons verblijf extra prettig. We voelden ons meteen welkom en hebben genoten van elk moment. Deze villa is zeker een aanrader als je op zoek bent naar comfort en rust. Wij gaan met mooie herinneringen terug naar huis en zouden hier graag nog eens terugkomen.
