"This is our 2nd stay. We’ve stayed on the 2nd floor. Everything was great. This time we stayed on the first floor. The first room given had a very bad smell. Musty. Perhaps the AC system? So we were changed to 403. Which was fine. We went to have dinner and there was only one thing I could have which was the Salvadoran breakfast. I asked for no meat. Because I’m a vegetarian but I recvd meat anyway. Toast was served and it tasted stale. And my foot was room temperature when it arrived . I wish you had more vegetarian options. Overall we would come again. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. The bed is comfortable. We also took advantage of the massage. Very good massage. Especially after a plane trip. Breakfast was ok. Wish you had tortillas and better pastries. The pastries were dry. We still would come again"

"Lets start with the good. Overall cleanliness was great. Everything seemed pretty clean. Employees were nice through out the hotel. Front desk was okay. When we first approached hotel, no conseguires to unload our bags. Didn't help us to our room. We did come a bit early but I had to drive my rental to the parking spot, and unload everything myself. The elevator wouldn't take me up to the lobby so I had to take the stairs with all my bags. I'll still give a 4 star because room was always clean when I came back from my activities, fresh towels my bed was made. Pool was nice. The parking staff was nicer than the front desk."

"Marjorie, the manager, was incredibly helpful and kind. All the massages were booked for Sunday, but when a cancellation came up, she personally found me to let me know—great customer service. The spa was very relaxing, and the room had a beautiful view. The restaurant was good for both breakfast and dinner. I highly recommend the stuffed fish or lobster. I would definitely stay here again. Every staff member was friendly and always greeted you, which made the experience even better."

"Tidiness, cleanliness, air conditiong great, spacious room. We had to ask for a night table, as an special request and we suggested that there were no options in the continental breakfast of any other kind of cow milk, like almond, oat or soy milk at all. Minor details , it is a recommendable accomodation."
