Clean, beautiful, literally in the square just a few steps from the cathedral, library and palace. Lovely terrace restaurant, wonderful ground floor restaurant for breakfast (loved the omelet with mushroom sauce). Would love to stay here again!

The hotel is beautiful. The staff is super friendly. The rooms are nice and clean. The restaurant upstairs is to die for. The fries and dumplings were my favorite. As well as the ceviche. I recommend this hotel to anyone!

The staff is amazing, the food quality and taste is quite good, and the rooms are comfy. My only negatives are the lack of a pool, which makes such a difference in El Salvador, and the fact that the parking is not direct attached to the hotel and a bit hard to get to because of traffic. That said, it's a great option. There is lots to do and see without needing to drive, so that's a huge plus. Overall, would absolutely recommend.

Room is a good size and very clean. Staff was nice but there was little interaction unless you ask something. We came in on a rainy day and the hotel offered to assist with our luggage from the parking lot they partner with. We ended up being dropped off by our private driver right by the Library. The location is ideal for exploring and enjoying El Centro Histórico. It is easy to catch an uber to and from to explore other parts of El Salvador (uber picks up and drops off one block away from the hotel that would be the only downside, if you don’t like to walk). We hired drivers and booked tours on our own. It would have been nice if the hotel offered a discount code for these. Nice typical Salvadoreño Breakfast was included. Very nice.

You need to walk to the hotel to ask for help to find the Parking structure. The streets are one way and is a bit tricky but once you get around is easy.

I paid for breakfast to be included. Breakfast was from 6:30 am to 9:30 am but when we came down a 8:30 am they just ran out of food. They told us to come down early to get some food. One morning we asked for OJ and told us they ran out it. Interesting concept, come early to eat.

I had got a room apparently they overbooked i was there in the middle of the night the concierge didn’t give me any other solution just we don’t a room we are overbooked unbelievable.I had a horrible experience. No communication between hotel and Expedia. How did no one have communication between Expedia and hotel. I had to find another place get a taxi and look around for an available hotel. And I still didn’t get my refund, they give us excuse they can’t contact to Marriot centro hotel or Cardedeu. I always book with Expedia and now they are giving me excuses why they don’t want to refund my money.
