I need my refund, I did not stay because they did not have a room available for us. I reserved a room with private restroom, and they did not have it available.

Sentimos mucho tu descontento, sin embargo en la plataforma de expedia, nosotros no ofrecemos habitaciones con baños privados, no pusiste atención a la hora de reservar, aun así te reubicamos en otro lugar corriendo los costos por nuestra cuenta. apesar de todo esto haces un horrible comentario, DIOS TE BENDIGA

The property was dirty, especially the bathroom. The room with double beds had holes on the wall and the beds were very uncomfortable (old and squeeky). I would sink on the bed and you could feel the bed springs. The restrooms are shared and located outside the rooms and they were very dirty, smelly, and outdated.

People was nice but the TV wasn’t set appropriate.It was difficult to reach under bed ,it was two beds with a few inches in between also was some garbage underneath. But it was a fun that kept me cool. Again people did what they could such calling a taxi for me almost every morning and fixed some food at my request.Thanks to employees from Hostal los Heroes.

The place is very secure and we felt safe.. Unfortunately, it wasn’t very clean. The bathroom tiles and floor were in need of a good cleanup. The same for the room. Overall, it was way overpriced for what we got.
