El anuncio dice que tienen dos piscinas a penas tienen una, los cuartos prefabricados están deteriorados, piso y cielo falso, eso daña un poco la presentación.

Necesito el reintegro . No nos recibieron en hotel

Una pésima experiencia . Llegamos al hotel y no había nadie en recepción. Regresamos posteriormente y nos atendió el guardia de seguridad del hotel, quien nos dijo que no habían dejado instrucciones ni llaves para darnos la habitación y que le había intentado llamar a los 3 encargados a sus celulares y nadie le respondía. Le mostré la reservación ya pagada de la app de hotels.com y no le importó. Nos dijo que había otra gente en el mismo caso que estaban ahí pero que nadie podía ayudarnos. Como no pudimos contactar a nadie y en hotels.com tampoco funciona el número que aparece en la reservación. Optamos por irnos Necesito el reintegro de esta reservación y jamás volver a un hotel con tan ma trato a sus huéspedes

Un servicio muy mal.

Muy mal. El aire acondicionado no trabago durante Cinco horas. Cuando le comente esto a un empleado antes de Salir. Solamente digo hoo ok esta bien. Nada mas. Un servicio muy malo. No se lo recomiendo. A nadie.

It is a quite hotel on the beach around loud hotels. The rooms are older than expected for the price. The location is good though and you can hear the ocean from the room but there is no way to keep the windows open.

Hotel sencillo a un precio ALTO!

El precio es caro para lo que ofrece el hotel, en la descripción dice tener dos piscinas y solo tiene una super pequeña, las fotos son engañosas y la playa no es para bañarse pues está llena de piedras. No volvería! Leí este tipo de comentarios y aún así me arriesgué ahora tomaré más en cuenta los comentarios de otros huéspedes...

i love el tunco

William the bartender is one of the nicest people in El tunco, over all all the people there were wonderful. the view of the waves is perfect for any surfer, close walk to town. the place could use some tlc but for the location food and friendliness it is worth it. Best for couple

great location but gang members were our neighbour

Great 5 days staying at the hotel over New Years! Staff was great, location was amazing and food was not too bad. However, our last night found us awake at midnight to loud music in the room next to us, that woke the whole hotel. We asked them to turn it down and quickly realized these individuals were gang related. It kept on till 7 am with no interjections from the security on site. I can understand not wanting to get involved with those people but the hotel should do a better job of weeding out the bad clients! The next morning, everyone knew who they were. We quickly packed up and left!

La chambre était insalubre, plafond suspendu défoncé dans la chambre et moisi dans la salle de bain. Nous avions demander une chambre avec lit double nous avions 2 lit double + un lit superposer dans une toute petite pièce. Aucun rideau dans la porte du balcon qui donne directement à coter dans douche public au (sous-sol). Le balcon avant n’était pas utilisables etant donner la vegetation non contrôler. Un écart dans la porte principale permettait de voir dehors. J’ai demandé de changer de chambre, il m’ont dit que ce netait pas possible. Nous comptions les jours avant l’an fin du séjour.

No wifi

Wifi not working, they did not seem to have plans to repair it. This is not acceptable for a hotel that cost 4x as much as other hotels in the area. You pay for the view and decoration. Loud music from neighboors starting at 8AM until the night. Very nice pool, variable service. If you dont care about decoration, dont make reservation online and go ask directly to hotels / hostels in the block. Most hotels are on the same main street.

Hotel bien instalaciones pero muy mal atención.

El hotel esta muy bien ubicado las instalaciones son muy bonitas pero no tiene nevera muy poco o casi nada material de limpieza ( toallas, servilletas, papel de váter, toalla de ducha etc.) eramos 4 personas, un niño y nos dieron una llave que se soltó del llavero y quedo dentro de la habitación nos la cobraron!!

Nice hotel

Hotel is nice But the people workers are so Foucus so into there cellphones they don't help you with the food you has to go and talk to them No wifi at the rooms The pool has to much beach my housban short change color after used the pool No I don't recommend this hotel

Overall was a nice stay. Playa El. Tunco is great for surfers, I saw many of them. I felt very safe while going out to eat in the area. Has secured entrance.

had a great time, staff although laid back and little english, was very nice and helpful, hotel was clean but small pool!
