Staff was great good service. Too noisy, late night and early morning that I had to asked two of the guess to be quite or to lower their conversations at (2:30 am), Rooms need repairs. I would never get a room at that location.

Regular, mal servicio
El hotel , posees instalaciones nuevas , pero las habitaciones no tienen confort, específicamente la ropa de cama no es agradable, el aire acondicionado no funciono muy bien , no quieren ofrecer el desayuno que la página de hoteles.com ofrece , y por qué lo exigimos nos ofrecieron café , jugo de naranja y un plátano frito , muy mala opción , no lo recomendaría y no me hospedaría nuevamen

En términos generales es muy buena la estancia, tiene las comodidades que un viajero necesita: parqueo de su auto, aire acondicionado, agua caliente, cama comoda, privacidad, wifi, tv cable etc..considero que en lo único que podrían variar es en el desayuno, ofrecer un poco de variedad a escoger porque con un par de días de estancia y desayunar siempre lo mismo resulta inapetecible...lo recomiendo ampliamente como hotel capitalino!
