I really enjoyed my stay there, everyone was so very friendly and attentive. Ms Nelly is amazing and goes above and beyond to accommodate and make the experience great. I thank her more specifically for helping my stay be amazing and making me feel comfortable as well as the rest. While I was there i found out that is one of the most, if not the most, exclusive area in San Salvador and felt safe.

The hotel is an old house converted into a hotel with some nice and some other not as nice areas. The location is perfect and the breakfast is like home made so we liked it. We had the best room and the Ac didn’t work so they changed us to a much simpler and smaller room so we e payed the expensive room for a lower quality. Staff is really really nice to

we really enjoyed the stay here. The best place we've used in our trips here. The staff upgraded us to a large room, the breakfast was amazing. everything in the city is within a 25 minute Uber rides. Will come back and stay here again. A++

Great place to stay, the staff was very helpful from the moment we got there. The room was very clean and perfect size. A lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance which the staff helped us out getting there. Overall, great place to stay in the city of San Salvador.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. Every team member I interacted with was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, always greeting guests with a smile and quickly assisting with any questions or requests. The property is in a great location close to the newer development happening in San Salvador. The staff was great, and breakfast each day on the patio was nice! A ton of places to eat right down the road but still need to drive, not a pedestrian friendly walk. Opportunities: shower head is water fall style but not a fan and pressure was low with no bath faucet. Lighting in the room is very dim, need a lamp or LED bulbs. Overall really good experience that I would stay at again.

This is a nice small hotel; but I have to say the service was amazing! We enjoyed the breakfast and coffee. One of the staff was so helpful that he went with me to the gas station because I was scared to drive in the city! Alejandro and Nelly go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable! I think this is what really makes this place stand out. Alejandro your English is excellent! I will definitely recommend this hotel … oh and the area is also great!
