The apartment overall is good: spacious, comfortable, and very well located. The building staff is wonderful, always helpful and attentive.However, there are a few issues that should be improved. The refrigerator had a strong odor that made it unusable and even spoiled some food. When we first entered the apartment, there was also a noticeable smell similar to mothballs. The air conditioner in the main bedroom is extremely noisy, making it hard to sleep. In addition, the dining chairs release a black residue from underneath, which dirties the apartment when used and gives a poor impression.Aside from these points, the experience was positive. I would recommend the owner to address these issues and carry out more frequent inspections of the property, rather than leaving it entirely to the maintenance staff. With these improvements, the stay could be excellent.
