"Hotel was in a great position as only 10 mins walk from train and bus station and easy walk to tourist places and shops and restaurants.
Having the pool to relax by in the afternoons when temperature was high was great but a lack of shade and sun brollys needs to be improved to protect the guests
Ask for a room away from the front of the hotel as we found the noise from the traffic on the main road to be very loud as sound proofing on the windows was not sufficient and affected our sleep."
"Fantastic location and helpful staff, literally right across from the Mezquita in a central part of the historic area. The restaurant was nice and there was a part in the hotel where you could see exposed Roman ruins under the existing hotel which was very cool!"
"Great property, would happily use again. Close to the station and walking distance to all the important sites. It’s was very hot while we were there so great air conditioning was so important."
"I think the breakfast is poor and the breakfast room very dated. It felt like a 60s Motorway services.
The cafeteria on the way into the hotel is good.
The hotel is great otherwise - perfectly located nice reasonably priced rooms and very helpful staff - and perfect if there are members of the family who like to shop at Zara which is directly opposite"
"The place was great, location was great, staff, bedding, clean shower, etc, but we did have an issue with the extra bed with dirty sheet as well as sheets left behind from the previous guests in our room. We took pictures and the front staff promptly took action, but when we came back, they had not changed out the sheets for new ones. Besides this smallish incident, everything else including staff was great. The on-site parking would not fit our MB Vita, so we had to use an off-site parking garage."
"Staff like Rafael made the stay productive and more enjoyable! The two young ladies at the front desk were also very helpful. The dining staff were very good.
Only suggestions would be:
Fix the elevators, they seem outdated and left us taking significant steps up or down to use.
Open pool hours, 3-8pm only is too restrictive
Improve your breakfast. The undercooked and watery scrambled eggs and bacon and tiny Vienna sausages floating in water is very unappetizing."
