  • Unicorn Property Alert Part 2! Rent the slightly larger cottage situated on an acre overlooking the ocean. A private gate gives access to a quiet and beautiful San Simeon beach. This cottage is 2br/2ba, and can sleep 5-6 comfortably. One king, and two full bunks in the two rooms, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the sun room. Just a couple miles from the sites and Cambria.
