Cozy Rancher. Quiet Street. Walk to Community Pool, Or Hit the Greens!

  • We built our dream house in the Arizona sun, and we’d like to share it with you! As new, gorgeous, 1831 sq ft home built in April 2014 in the quiet community of Johnson Ranch. We love the 9 foot ceilings, and bright open floor plan. There is also a beautiful community pool for you to enjoy, just 300 yards from the home's front door!

Note * If cowhide in the great room is offensive, kindly fold twice, place in closet in bedroom, replace it back in the great room before leaving.
Everything on property is accessible except primary close and pantry, which are locked. The garage is not accessible for parking as our car is inside.
Please note the garburator has been disabled due to misuse. The built-in ice maker in the fridge no longer functions. Silicone trays are provided.
