- Ubicado en San Teodoro, a 400 metros de la famosa y hermosa playa de Capo Coda Cavallo, a 750 m de la playa de Cala Suaraccia (Le Farfalle), Estudio con sofá cama doble, baño y cocina grande en el famoso East Village con vista al mar, terraza ajardinada equipada con vistas al mar, aire acondicionado, TV, secador de pelo y piscina comunitaria.
Se encuentra a 8 km del centro de San Teodoro. El aeropuerto más cercano es el aeropuerto de Olbia Costa Smeralda, a 27 km del Punta Est, mientras que la terminal del ferry está a 30 km.
