"Overall it was great and I would stay again. Short, easy, and safe walk to the pool and waterfront. Communication could have been better. There were several different phone numbers for communicating and it got confusing. Check in instructions could have been greatly improved by adding that the appartment would be unlocked and keys inside. The person at the condo gate was not helpful and the hotel (for access bracelets) didn't have the information. Clean"

"Beautiful property but needs some maintenance and some customer service training to the employees, contrary to other hotels that have amazing service like Casa Andina this place seems like they don’t really care about making guest feel welcome and happy.
