"Beautiful property but needs some maintenance and some customer service training to the employees, contrary to other hotels that have amazing service like Casa Andina this place seems like they don’t really care about making guest feel welcome and happy. "The hotel was so family friendly and fun! You really dont need to leave the hotel. Everything is there and the staff is friendly! The entertainment was exceptional and they joined us for Karaoke and dancing. We had the best time. The ability to text the front desk was a new perk and they replied quickly. Use thier taxi service. Its safe and reliable. "

"The man at the gate was intimidating and stood over me and told me to turn off my motorbike, then demanded my passport. This was my welcome to the hotel. The room was comfortable and I slept well, and the beach did not have too much trash on it. When I tried to leave they insisted I had to pay; even though I paid through Expedia. I was made to stay and wait for half an hour while they figured it out, and I felt embarrassed and like a criminal. I do not recommend."
