"This place was not as advertised. The pictures led us to believe there would be a kitchen available. However, when we arrived that was not the case. The room was dusty and slightly dirty and surfaces seemed to have not been wiped. The address shown on Expedia once we booked was not the same one at which the host told us to check in and we were not made aware of this change before arrival. The bathroom was clean but the shower was overhead and came down with too much pressure. It barely drained...

"many things, the room manual with places to eat and historical locations to visit. The shower was so nice and LARGE. Nice to be able to turn around and not bump into the control handle, or bend over to wash your toes. The bed was very comfortable. The Air Conditioner actually works. Plus we did not hear any of the other guests during the night, but we know new guests arrived and departed during our stay. Also great location, easy to walk to the City Center, or take a bus to any part of the city....

"Riccardo is truly a world class host! When we asked about directions for a particular nearby attraction he also gave us a run down of several more places throughout the island that might interest us. The free breakfast was superb (and a godsend for us after a grueling flight and terrible jet lag), the space is very stylish and impeccably clean, the area was quiet at night and all the main attractions of Cagliari are an easy walk from the apartment."

"This accommodation was lovely and in a great location to walk to most of the main sites. However, the parking was quite a walk and was miserable with the luggage we had. The taxis cannot go up to the location although they can meet you about a block from the apartment. The breakfast was dry packaged items. It was nice to have access to a kitchen and hot water. The balcony was nice for drying clothes and getting fresh air. "

"Very nice place, close to the city center. Clean and neat. Sweet owner, the access to the rooms is with a card that beeps loud everytime you use it. Might be loud. Overall everything was perfect. Will definitely come again "
