Located in Sanary-sur-Mer, this 40 m² house is the perfect spot for a stress-free holiday. Inside, you'll find a living room with a sofa bed for two, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom with brand new 160 × 200 cm bedding, and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. Enjoy Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning, heating, washing machine, dishwasher, and books and toys for children. The highlight is the outdoor space: a peaceful 700 m² garden, open terrace, bioclimatic pergola, barbecue, electric plancha, and outdoor cooktops. Up to three cars can be parked on site. Cats and birds are welcome. The property is step-free and easily accessible. No parties allowed at night. Recycling facilities are available; more information will be provided on site.



Please note: the access road is steep and has a tight turn. If you have a trailer, please contact us in advance via the booking platform. The house has a septic tank, and suitable cleaning products are provided.

Petit cabanon très ombragé et au calme

Pros: L’emplacement du logement, au calme tout en restant à proximité du centre ville et des plages, sans vis-à-vis, et très bien équipé, sans oublier la réactivité et la gentillesse de la propriétaire.
