The Cocoonr∕Bookandpay agency offers this 2-star furnished tourist apartment for rent in Sanary-sur-Mer. It is air-conditioned with a sea view, located 50 metres from the beach, has a surface area of 48 m² and can accommodate up to 5 guests. This duplex apartment consists of a 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Wi-Fi, sheets and towels included. We look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:

- One bedroom with one double bed (140×190)
- One bathroom with shower and toilet
Upstairs:
- A 25 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and single sofa bed, dining area and fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
The following baby equipment is available at an extra charge (reservation and payment at the concierge desk): high chair, cot, baby bath, potty

Outside:
- A 13 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days

The apartment is ideally located in Sanary-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
