Our bright apartment renovated in 2010 90m2 in beautiful building character. Large terrace overlooking the garden where you can dine or relax.
We are located 50m from the pedestrian street leading to downtown this tourist village and picturesque always led by food and craft markets.
1 space public parking available at 50m, only in high season.

Perfect location for a beach holiday w/o using the car!

Great location just of the charming Old Town of Sanary and 5 minutes from the beach away. The Department has everything what´s needed to spend nice Holidays. Parking was alsovery convenient.

Nous avons passé un we prolongé à sanary L appartement est très bien situé Tout est accessible à pieds ( port , restaurant, commerces et la gare (20mn à pieds )Il n’y a pas de stationnement privé pour la location mais du stationnement dans les rues environnantes ( mais payant)Le point négatif c est que l appartement est très mal insonorisé Prévoir les bouchons d oreilles

Les +: -Bons espaces -Belle terrasse -Porche du centre ville, commerces et du port -facilité d accès avec boîte à clés Les -: -base culinaire (huile, poivre et sel) juste sel présent. -aliments périmés dans le frigo et les armoires. -appartement sentant l odeur du renfermé. -Communs très sales, portes collantes , rampes d escalier collantes , canapé collant , four sale…manque d entretien -draps et serviettes usées et mal odorants -présence de rongeur sur la terrasse -terrasse donnant sur la cours d’un hôtel. (Bruit à limiter) -plusieurs enfants en bas âge (turbulences) mal perçus et jugés par le propriétaire. -odeur de joints (drogue dans le couloir du bas) -mobilier abîmé et non remplacé. -immeuble vétuste (dans son jus) vélux qui ne se ferme plus convenablement, fenêtre qui coule lors de pluie, volet chambre qui fonctionne 1 fois sur 2, lampes dans le couloir qui clignotent (signalé)

Super we à Sanary, appartement idéalement situé et bien conçu pour 7 personnes adultes. Une chambre de plein pied pour les beaux parents âgés, chacun une salle de bain. Et nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse au déjeuner sous un beau soleil .

Super appartement idéalement situé (plage et magasin à même pas 5 min). Nous avons été agréablement surpris par l’appartement, qui est plus grand et lumineux qu’il n’y parait sur les photos ! L’appartement est très bien équipé pour passer une bonne semaine en bord de mer. Nous le recommandons vivement et reviendrons avec plaisir !

We thoroughly enjoyed our week here. Our contact was with the housekeeper who was attentive & pleasant. The kitchen was well equipped for meal preparation. Enjoyed the large terrace a lovely spot to catch the early afternoon sun. The location is super, on a fairly quiet street but very close to everything. We did find it inconvenient to not be provided with essential amenities (shampoo, hand & dish soap, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets). We also didn't have enough bath towels or hand towels for everyone in our family of 4. (There is a grocer is a block away to pick up supplies; it closes at 20h daily, and at 13h on Sunday). In addition, we ran out of hot water daily and had been given instructions "to boost" the hot water tank in the event this happened, however, we got caught off guard every time. The hallway of the building is very shabby; a working light switch would shed better light on the stairwell at night.

Location à éviter

Appartement idéalement situé à Sanary, bien équipé et fonctionnel (une salle de bain par chambre). En revanche, l'entrée de l'immeuble est insalubre et infestée de cafards que nous avons eu la désagréable surprise de découvrir également dans la chambre du bas de l'appartement. Le propriétaire ne s'est pas estimé responsable de l'insalubrité des lieux et nous a dans un premier temps demandé de gérer le problème nous-mêmes avant de solliciter une entreprise spécialisée dont nous n'avons jamais vu la couleur. Aucun geste commercial ne nous a été proposé pour compenser le désagrément. Location à éviter.

Le logement est conforme aux photos, idéalement situé à Sanary pour profiter du centre et de la plage. La terrasse est bien exposée et au calme côté cour de l’hôtel à côté, de belle taille pour manger ou se reposer. Les 2 chambres à l’étage ont permis de faire dormir les enfants en profitant du séjour et d’une chambre à côté. Beau séjour dans cet appartement fonctionnel et bien équipé

emplacement idéal pour quelques jours

l'aspect extérieur effraie un peu et l'entrée dans le couloir principal aussi, mais vite pardonné quand nous entrons dans le logement. il est lumineux et calme. en revanche pour 6, il manque vraiment un wc à l'étage. de plus les escaliers ne sont pas facile. la terrasse est sympathique. la propreté des sols est à revoir. l'emplacement est idéal pour aller au port et au superbe marché du mercredi. gros hic, pas de parking et avons du stationner au parking l'Esplanade tout proche. jusque là rien à dire, sauf à la douloureuse facture du départ : 40 euros pour 2 nuits.... je recommande toutefos cet appart .

tolle Wohnung, sehr netter Empfang durch Amélie, reibungslose Schlüsselübergabe bei An- und Abreise. Herr Czimer war bei einem Problem sofort zur Stelle. Für Familien mit Kleinkindern wäre noch ein Kinderreisebett und ein faltbarer Kinderhochstuhl zu empfehlen, sonst war alles vorhanden was das Urlauberherz begehrt. très belle région!

Il n'y a pas 5 étoiles , seulement à cause de la météo! Nous n'avons pas été chanceux et sommes tombés sur une semaine assez pluvieuse... Dommage, parce qu'il y a mille choses à faire et à voir. Nous y sommes allés au mois d'avril, donc pas de soucis de bouchons sur la route, de queue dans les magasins...Aucun problème d'accès aux différents sites touristiques aussi bien du côté de Marseille qu'en direction de Toulon. L'appartement est très bien situé, on fait tout à pieds et le centre de Sanary est très joli. L'appartement est spacieux et agréable ,et la terrasse très grande. Pour un séjour ensoleillé c'est parfait ! Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute des locataires, et soucieux de savoir si tout convient. Nous reviendrons dans cette région hors saison sans aucun doute !
