Villa Marcam is a brand-new architect-designed home with a sea view.
The beach is 200 m away, or a 3-minute walk. Two stand-up paddleboards are available for your use.

The house faces southwest, so you can enjoy exceptional views of the sea, the sunset, Bendor Island, and more.

THE MARCAM VILLA
The villa is located a 6-minute drive (25-minute walk) from the port of Sanary and a 2-minute walk from Beaucours Beach. It features a terrace with ocean views and a shaded area under a pergola, complete with lounge chairs, a hammock, a beach umbrella, and a swimming pool (3 m x 6 m) secured with a bar-top cover. It also features a sunny south-facing garden, adorned with stone terraced walls, and a tree-lined, more shaded garden on the north side.

Fully air-conditioned, with a floor area of 175 m², it features 5 bedrooms, including 2 master suites with private en-suite bathrooms featuring walk-in showers, as well as a terrace.
It also features 1 bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a bathtub, 3 separate toilets, 12 very comfortable adult beds (4 160-cm beds, 4 90-cm beds), 2 travel cots for babies, a changing table, a high chair, and small children’s furniture.

The bedrooms can be individually climate-controlled. They are equipped with large closets and a small workspace with a desk and a comfortable chair. One of the 5 bedrooms has a TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped to cook for 12 people, including young children. An electric griddle is available outdoors. Raclette sets are provided for your winter holidays. The living room and dining room are spacious, fully open to the kitchen and the outdoors, with a view of the sea. There is a TV, a few board games, and books.

In the basement, there is a locked garage with a freezer, a laundry area with a washer-dryer combo, and storage space. Cots and baby furniture are available upon request.
Two paddleboards are at your disposal for paddling out from the beach, which is 200 m away.
For cars, there are plenty of free parking spaces in front of the house.

Beaucours Beach is 200 m away, a 2-minute walk. It’s a pebble beach, more rugged and often less crowded than sandy beaches.
The nearest sandy beach is 1 km away, a 15-minute walk.
The town centre is a 25-minute walk or a 6-minute drive away.
The nearest shops (bakery, supermarket, butcher shop, wine shop, restaurant, newsstand, bike and scooter rentals, etc.) are 1 km away, a 15-minute walk.

THE IMMEDIATE SURROUNDINGS
The immediate surroundings of the house are very quiet, and the hosts are available nearby in the neighbouring house.
The villa is located at the end of a private cul-de-sac, offering great tranquility and plenty of parking spaces that are always available. To the west is the owners’ home, which is semi-detached from Villa Marcam. To the east is a detached villa, occupied by its owners only during the month of August and a few school breaks. To the north are apartments that are occasionally occupied during the summer holidays.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The area around Villa Marcam is quiet and unspoiled, shaded by numerous pine trees and criss-crossed by small, quiet roads; it features charming holiday homes and a few residential buildings. From Villa Marcam, it’s less than a 10-minute walk to a wooded park with ocean views, pétanque courts, picnic tables, and bathrooms. Along the coastline near the house, there are many small, unspoiled, and secluded coves. One kilometre from Villa Marcam is a sandy beach, as well as a beautiful 5-star hotel and restaurant with a spa and rooftop terrace.
If you enjoy private beaches with lounge chair rentals, you’ll find what you’re looking for 2.5 km from the house (a 30-minute walk or a 6-minute drive) on Bandol Bay.
