Apartment T2 on the ground floor of 60m² with independent garden of 200m², independent entrance and parking inside the property.
You will appreciate in this accommodation the calm of the district, the proximity on foot to the port, markets and shops, (15-20 minutes by the Chemin des Picotières). You will also appreciate the shaded and sunny areas of the large terrace and the enclosed garden. You can relax (garden furniture, deckchairs), cook on the barbecue and have your meals outside.
The beaches in Sanary and around are numerous and offer a wide variety. You can easily reach it by car in a few minutes.

The accommodation includes:
A 25 m² living room with remote-controlled ceiling fan, a sofa bed (160x200), a Smart TV, Wi-Fi and an office space.
A 15 m² bedroom with a 160x200 double bed, a wardrobe and a daybed.
A fully equipped kitchen with a table for 4 people and fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, filter coffee makers and Nespresso...
A bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
Babies are welcome and have a cot + a high chair.

On arrival, you will be greeted by Karine our co-host. She will remain at your disposal for the duration of your stay to ensure you have a wonderful holiday.
Availability of accommodation is from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival and departure before 11:00 am, times to be confirmed with Karine.
