"The place was beautiful, the room was nicely done and its very low key quiet. I highly recommend it and its so close to Gunstock Mountain. "

"Staff was awesome, but a few maintenance items I wouldn’t expect for the price we paid. Bathroom sink didn’t drain properly, there were dirty towels left in the room, the laundry room coin machine didn’t work, the dryer didn’t heat the clothes. The room was comfortable, loved the views, pool center & games were great. "

"Room felt neglected- no shower curtain, TV did not work, walls and screen window was shabby - I kinda expected some neglect - this seemed like too much. Then saw the smoke detector cover was missing and lost confidence in it’s safety so left and booked at another location. "

"When was immaculate! Like a little apartment. Perfect for what I needed. I went there because my children live near there and they were super accommodating. They allowed my kids to come and visit me at the hotel and they were able to use the facilities. The pool was so much fun and the staff were incredibly nice. "

"Great bed and really good breakfast. Convenient for skiing. Son said the pool wasn't good. Cozy and nice but a little expensive for what it was"

"This trip this time was not well.The first night the linens had white crusty stains on the extra blanket and there was no hand soap. I was provided a new blanket and soap, but left me with a feeling of how well my room was initially cleaned. I found trash under my dresser that was overlooked and then on the last night there was a dog 2 doors down barking for well over 2 and half hours straight. I was unable to get any work accomplished. The staff tried reaching out to the guest with no luck. I asked for a wellness check on this guest in case the dog was barking due to the owner having some sort of medical emergency. In the end the dog was left alone in the room for hours and thank goodness there was not a medical issue. The offer for me was to move me at 8pm at night , yet I was leaving the next morning and had been there all week. No restitution or mangers calling me at all. I hope for a better outcome for guests in the future."
