"The breakfast and snacks were incredible. I felt like I was at an all inclusive resort. The room was fantastic and the staff was wonderful. The only thing, was the pull-out couch was a little rough. But I would 100% stay there again."

"I would like to start my review by highlighting the outstanding staff at this hotel. From the van drivers(Raffat, Randy and Leo ) to the housekeeping team, everyone was extremely courteous, professional, and efficient. A special thank you goes to Katie, the General Manager. She was truly exceptional—her customer service went above and beyond, and she is an absolute gem. Holiday Inn is very lucky to have someone like her leading the team . The hotel itself was perfect for our stay. The location was ideal, and the free shuttle to the Mall of America was incredibly convenient. The complimentary daily breakfast was another great feature. The ladies who took care of the breakfast area did an amazing job, ensuring food was replenished quickly and the space was always clean and organized. Our room was cleaned daily, which was a huge plus when traveling with two boys. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable, and the Dove products provided were an added bonus—absolutely loved them! We had an amazing five-day vacation in Minneapolis and cannot wait to return. Thank you so much for such an OUTSTANDING stay! "

"The room was great. The only problem we experienced was it took 5-10 min for hot water to get to us. We were at the end of the run of our floor. That is A LOT of water waste. The staff was AMAZING and helpful."
