"We had a wonderful stay at the Kiwi with our little family. The one bedroom suite was cozy but perfectly supplied with all the amenities we needed, and located right next to the pool, which our kids loved. The staff were the most helpful that we’ve had even at larger resorts we’ve been to. They tidied the room daily, provided clean pool towels daily, and assisted quickly when we had problems with the fridge. The location was also great- still walkable to the main strip and beach but quiet enough for kids. We would highly recommend this cute and refreshed hotel for a grand bend visit."

"The rooms are above crabby Joe's (excellent restaurant by the way) was a bit unsure at first as the entrance is not the Greatest, run down. But the room was nice and clean nothing fancy. The bed was hard though and should have had some sort of mattress cover. Overall it was a good spot, about 15 min walk to beach which of course was extremely packed. We ended up going to pinery provincial park, worth the 20 entrance fee. Less crowded. Would stay again"

"We had a fantastic family stay and would definitely book here again. The location is outstanding just a few minutes' walk to the main strip, beach, restaurants, and shops, making it perfect for our family with two teenage boys. The condo was modern, stylish, and very clean overall, with amazing sunset views from the living room. The host was excellent, communicating quickly and making everything easy from booking through checkout. Highly recommend this property, and we look forward to staying here again."

"Travelling as an extended family of 8 adults, we had a wonderful stay at this property.Property was clean and tidy upon arrival, the kitchen was stocked with everything we required, all beds were comfy and there was enough space for 8 around the dining table. The TV/Games room provided a comfortable place the the younger adults to escape to and read/play.Air conditioning was excellent with easy control and full coverage throughout the property.The outside space was comfortably and great for watching the many squirrels and the occasional chipmunk or racoon.The hot tub was great for relaxing in.The beach was about a 30 minute walk away or 5 minutes in the car. While parking was limited, we always found a space. Watching the sunset from the beach was stunning.We had issues with the Microwave/extractor tripping the breaker, but host responded quickly when contacted and advised us to switch it fully off/on at the breaker box in the laundry area (only blue switch in the breaker box). This issue occurred most days during our stay, so hopefully this will be something that the host investigates further and rectifies. This was a small inconvenience and did not in any way spoil our stay.Some recommendations for visiting:Little Boo's Sweet Shop (Weekends - Literally a few doors away and offer good coffee and lovely bakes)Grog's Pub & GrillPinery Market (Sunday)Huron County Museum/Goal (Goderich)Grand Bend BeechGrand Bend Speedway / Go Karts"

"The house is just incredible, lots of commodities. We were 2 couples with kids and we had a blast. Grand Bend Beach is near by so the groceries, restaurants and little boutiques. The Brown family have a well organized book with all the things to know and do during your stay. We just love it and will come back for sure 😁"

"We had an amazing stay!! 6 bedrooms worked well for the 6 couples who came. As a whole the house was really clean. The back deck seating area was amazing! Tyler the host was also amazing. He was quick to respond to our questions and had great solutions and suggestions. The walk to the beach is for sure a 15 minute walk so not great for those with mobility issues but we just went to the beach in Grand Bend which worked great as well! Would definitely choose this house again!!"
