"Great place for a couple, it is pretty small but has everything you need, and the screened porch is huge. Everything looked and felt really clean. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Great place to stay if you want to be on the water but away from the boat noise."

"Super nice b&b! Lana and Alex are super helpful and friendly, it was a pleasure meeting them. Everything from first greeting to breakfast was really nice and felt like home. The place is also very well maintained and renovated. Would really recommend for tourists to Caddo Lake"

"Excellent hotel. Room was clean, spacious, and well-lit. Everything worked. Bed was particularly good. Shower was a bit slippery and I was glad there were some sturdy grab bars. Parking can be a little tough. Not a criticism, just a FYI because it's a bit unusual: there are a lot of restaurants nearby but it's mostly fast food or local restaurants. Most mid-tier chain restaurants are on the other side of the metro area."

"Our stay was overall excellent. The cabin was very welcoming and enjoyable. We loved the rocking chairs, fans on the porch and layout of the house. The master bed was amazing and all was clean. We were disappointed in the smell/quality of the water indoors. And, there was a significant amount of noise from the nearby road."

"Beautiful waterfront property located in a very quiet neighborhood. Everything was immaculately cleaned when we arrived, and the kitchen is spacious with granite countertops which was amazing, because I was prepping food for an anniversary party. There’s also a large screened-in patio in the back where we drank our coffee in the mornings. Kayakes were available and we took them out to the open river, absolutely beautiful experience! "
