"All of the aspects of a great hotel experience are there, but the delivery of that experience by the staff left us underwhelmed by the Clyde. It started with the lackluster check in service and was followed by an understaffed valet service that made us late for a reservation. The only bright spots were the in room service and the timely checkout that made getting back to the airport a breeze. "
