"Great gardens. My door key would not open the Herbert St pedestrian gate, which meant I had to walk around the corner and come in the front. And there was no attempt by staff to rectify the situation. Very disappointing for a resort hotel of this quality."

"Loved staying at The Mindil Beach Resort. Staff were amazing and helpful. Nothing was too much for them. Restaurants and staff were very efficient with a variety of international foods. But the best features were the pools and stunning sunsets."
