"Property was clean and well decorated and the kitchen was well stocked. Liked Alexa device in kitchen. Bathrooms were clean and everything worked. For the senior guests, note that the major bedroom and TV area were up a tall set of stairs. And, watch out for the "slanted ceiling" upstairs. Property had a nice outdoor (west facing) deck with "sail" cover for shade and nice lawn. There was no access to the garage. Would be helpful if there were more/better instructions for TV. Property had a very inclusive "Guest Book," covering property and surroundings. Communication with Host was perfect pre-visit. On second day had an issue and had difficulty contacting Host, but, issue was resolved with no problem. This was our first time visiting Sandpoint area and was not aware of the trains running through this area. A big surprise the first time one came by. Description of property had me thinking we would be in a secluded area, it wasn't. Overall, a good location for touring Sandpoint area and Switzer Mountain ski resort."
