503 Cedar, Sandpoint’s in-town luxury condos are here! Safe, easy and luxury living with restaurants and shops just a short walk away. Dog friendly! For guests with Electric Vehicles, there is a public, pay-to-use Level 2 EV charger right in the parking lot.
Condo #302 is THE top floor, corner unit and will become a favorite place to stay. Professionally decorated and furnished in a clean, Scandinavian style with custom art and decor. Massive windows bring light and views of town, Lake Pend Oreille and surrounding mountains. Two large bedrooms, each with King beds and luxury linens.
The kitchen is fully appointed with GE Cafe appliances, Quartz countertops, Breville coffeemaker and all the little things that are important (sharp knives, good cookware, spices and flour/sugar). Samsung Frame TV and Bose soundbar with YouTubeTV provided, allows you to enjoy art, music and watch the game or news too. Fiber internet is fast and fabulous. Private covered deck off the living area.
Head to the rooftop and enjoy the large hot tub, fire table, BBQs, and outdoor TV. A perfect place to relax and be surrounded by views and only available to condo owners and their guests. Secure building with private elevator, with one dedicated space inside a shared 2-car garage (the other garage space belongs to a different condo) and an additional uncovered outdoor parking space for an additional vehicle.
A bevy of restaurants and shops are a short walk away. Bring your bike or rent one - the Sandpoint / Dover Bay bike trail is located right here. Sandpoint's Farmer's Market is one block away (operates seasonally) and City Beach is a short walk away as well. Finally, this condo IS dog friendly. One dog is allowed ($125 pet fee plus agreement to pet addendum required) and we provide a dog bed, bowls, leash and more!

The condo was lovely and beautifully outfitted. It was a great place to relax in between the activities planned over a few days for a friend's daughter's high school graduation.
Great condo in a great location for a ski trip at Schweitzer with my siblings. Loved the location within walking distance of shops and restaurants, as well as the cool rooftop hot tub.
Loved the apartment. Very family friendly with lots of well thought out details. Easy in and out for parking and very close to downtown. Would happily return.
Perfect location to enjoy everything that Sandpoint has to offer. Walking distance to the downtown shops & restaurants. The condo was beautiful! Loved the rooftop hot tub! Had an amazing view. The 2 car garage was very nice to park our cars in for the long weekend. We would definitely rent again sometime.
This place was fantastic! A little expensive, but totally worth it. The only hitch was our car got stuck in the garage because the clicker and code stopped working. It was probably because we parked too close to the sensor maybe? Either way, Jesse came down early on a Sunday and got us in within 30 min. Then the garage door worked after we opened it manually and moved the car. Otherwise, everything was great, from the condo to the roof top hot tub and chill area.
This was a very cool modern penthouse style condo right in downtown Sand Point. Walking distance to restaurants downtown. Very clean. Even the Property management company had cute boxes of amenities like soap, shampoo, laundry soap. My husband and I loved going to the roof top to the jacuzzi under the stars where no one could see us. I would say this is a definate for next time we are in Sand Point

Amazing place but a few things missed the mark
We had a great time at this rental—the space is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views and cozy decor that made it easy to settle in and feel right at home. The location was also ideal, close to local attractions and restaurants.
However, we did find that the cleanliness could use improvement. Some areas didn’t feel thoroughly cleaned upon our arrival, which was a bit of a letdown considering how nice the property is. Dirty bathrobes and towels, etc. Additionally, we were a bit disappointed that YouTube TV wasn’t available, as we had hoped to use it for streaming during our stay.
Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would consider returning if the cleanliness issues were addressed. The property is a gem with lots of potential to be a five-star stay!
The condo was beautiful, light, and well appointed. It was close to many restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the view from the large windows, relaxing and playing games with our family. The host was very responsive to any queries that we had.
Since we were on motorcycles, having a garage was a big plus. Convenient to have scrolling cart to rake all our luggage up to condo. Location was perfect so we could walk to downtown, the lake and many wonderful restaurants. The condo itself was perfect for two couples. Loved the amenities, the nice appliances and power shades were cool.

Traffic noise was horrendous as the property is located on the busiest intersection in Sandpoint. The property manager responded to my call and text immediately and the condo is clean however when we come back in May we will look at Seasons in Sandpoint
We had an incredible stay at this spacious condo in Sandpoint. The location was perfect, right off downtown, yet peaceful and quiet. The condo itself was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the stunning views and how much natural light the space offered.Communication with the management team was seamless; they were responsive, friendly, and accommodating. We were also so grateful they allowed our dogs to join us; it made our stay even more enjoyable.We truly felt at home and will be returning. Highly recommend!
