Stayed here for a soccer tourney. Room was mostly clean (the bathroom sink had some mildew around the drain and the molding around the shower could use some deep cleaning) but the bedding was clean and overall the room was good, especially for the price. We would definitely stay here again.

Very quiet, clean room. simple breakfast but had nice conversation with other guests, I say this in a very good way, but to me this was a very quaint communal experience. Everyone I met either with hotel staff or guests made stay very enjoyable.

Owner was on site when arrived & maintenance man lived there. Outdoor doors but inside everything was brand new & very very nice though room a bit small. The owner very personable & wanted to make sure everything was to our liking…. They will be enlarging property by soon adding little rental houses

Very clean unit. Easy to get into. Cozy and good amenities (coffee, tea, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, earplugs, plenty of towels). Bed was comfortable and shower easy to work with good water flow. Osprey nest with babies outside! Only negative was noise from the nearby train tracks. But only once, around 11:30 pm

Super cute little place, very clean. Some road noise from the hwy and train but not to bad. Got the room with the jetted tub, which was more than big enough to fit me and my fiance comfortably. Would definitely go back.
