Brand new to vacation rentals, this top-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo sits in the heart of downtown Sandpoint — walk everywhere! City Beach is just 2 blocks away and Schweitzer Mountain is a quick 25-minute drive.  With Heart Bowls organic coffee shop downstairs and 3 restaurants across the street - this location is fantastic.

The condo is bright, modern, and comfortable, with an open living area, fully equipped kitchen, and a wraparound balcony offering partial lake views. Sleeping includes a king primary suite and a queen-over-queen bunk room -- both with workspaces and fast internet.

Guests also enjoy a private garage plus an additional outdoor parking spot, along with bikes for cruising around town.

With its unbeatable location and fresh, new furnishings, this condo offers an ideal home base for experiencing downtown Sandpoint.  No reviews yet - as it's brand new to vacation rentals.  Longer term stays allowed.  No pets per condo's HOA.
