"We enjoyed our 3 night stay at this property in Hinton.The surrounding neighborhood was older, but interesting. If you bring a dog and take it walking, beware that there are some big menacing dogs behind some inadequate fencing in the area (not talking about the ones right across the street).We stayed in an upstairs unit. "Wild, Wonderful and Almost Heaven. The WVA tourism board must have been thinking of this property.Evan was exceptionally responsive to any question right from the start and there were no surprises (okay the fishing right infront of the house was even better than Evan advertised so there was one surprise)Check in was exceedingly simple. The house was very clean and well maintained. If you are looking for something in the middle of everything this is not for you. If you are looking a quiet place with fantastic river views and no neighbors (I was able to see 1 house from the porch but it was almost a half mile away on the other side of the river and I had to use binoculars) in one of America's Best Kept Secrets National parks this is exactly the place for you."

"Loved it! The Guesthouse is like staying at a friend’s house. Very comfortable relaxing lodging experience. Different than staying in a regular hotel. A little more money but well worth it! I will probably stay there again when I’m in the area. Highly recommend the Guesthouse if you want your stay to be part of the experience!"
