The cabin is close to state parks and is within easy walking distance of a restaurant with great food. This is the second year we had our small girls' weekend get away here and def will again. "

"Problem with ants. Unfortunately there were ants in the kitchen area and they got into one of Our bakery bags that we had on an upper shelf. It was full of carpenter ants when we woke up in the morning. Floors were pretty cold so I would strongly recommend bringing slippers or house shoes. The s’mores were a nice touch and being so immersed in the woods was special."
