This 3-BR, 2-BA loft's high-end furnishings & incredible 180° bay views make it truly unique. Located in the luxury waterfront Chesapeake Condos in the heart of downtown Sandusky with views of Lake Erie & Cedar Point, this is the ideal location for experiencing the North Coast & islands. Walk a few min to restaurants, shops & more, & ferry to Cedar Point or the islands. Less than 10 min to Cedar Point & other attractions. Building has outdoor pool and fitness room. Off-street parking for 2 cars.

The building features a private, outdoor pool and hot tub, outdoor grills, fitness center, and coin-op laundry for Chesapeake guests. The large porch contains patio furniture accessible only to this unit's guests. (Note: Outdoor amenities open seasonally; the condo association may limit availability based on climate and weather conditions.) No common area amenity is guaranteed by the hosts. These amenities are generally available Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Please note that this is a downtown condo building; while we've never had issues with loud or unruly neighbors, we cannot guarantee silence!

A few days before your check in, we will contact you with access information. If you have not already, please make sure you have read the entire listing and have familiarized yourself with our house rules.

Our city vacation rental permit does limit the number of guests. We use common area security cameras and noise monitoring devices to verify guest count. Violation will result in immediate removal without refund.

Nice Waterfront Location

Close to Cedar Point. First floor condo, which only first floor condos on lake side have a usable patio. Building was not crowded so we had some privacy on our patio. However, if more units are occupied patios are all next to each other. Very nice large hot tub and pool. This unit does not have a washer and dryer, but we only stayed 2 nights, so not needed. Well equipped kitchen, wi-fi did not work for us, but we didn't contact owner to have fixed while we were there because we spent most of our time at Cedar Point.

This was a perfect place to spend a weekend in Sandusky. Very responsive hosts, property as expected, clean and well-stocked. In walking distance of anything you might want, and right on the bay. Beautiful view!

Baseball Trip

Everything was as advertised. We were in town for a baseball tournament. This condo is about 15 minutes from Sports Force Park. It was great to have room to spread out. The views of the bay and cedar point were amazing. Hosts were excellent and answered all questions. Check in was a breeze. This is the second year in a row we’ve stayed and won’t hesitate to book again.
