Completely remodeled in 2022 with new furniture and appliances, this retreat sleeps up to 6 people and features a large sectional couch, WiFi, smart TV in the living room. Towels and linens are provided as well as an outdoor gas grill for your convenience.

COVE DISTRICT HOUSE WITH VIEW OF CEDAR POINT

Come enjoy our cozy, newly remodeled 3 bedroom home in the quaint Cove district neighborhood. Views of Cedar Point and the Sandusky Bay. 1 mile from the Cedar Point causeway, 3 miles from Sports Force Athletic Complex, 3.5 miles from a public boat ramp, and 1 mile from downtown Sandusky, where you can enjoy a variety of activities, dining and pubs. The Jet Express Island ferry, Jackson Street Pier and many other attractions are also in downtown Sandusky.

The house has been completely remodeled in the spring of 2022 with all new furniture, appliances, and beds. Sleeps max 6 people with a large sectional couch which could be used for a 7th person (not a pullout sleeper) Bedroom 1 has one queen bed , Bedroom 2 has two twin XL, Bedroom 3 has two twin XL ( Twin XL is an extra long twin bed). Wifi and large smart TV in living room, fully stocked kitchen, towels and linens provided and outdoor gas grill available. Off Street parking and extra side driveway available for boat and jetski parking.

This is a great place to enjoy Lake Erie Shores and Islands, Cedar Point, or just a quiet get away

The property was great! It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Was literally down the road from cedar point so we were able to come and go from cedar point with ease so kiddos could nap/eat lunch/change out of water park clothes!

Coaster vacation

Great to have a view of cedar point, since this was the reason we were here. The 15 year old coaster enthusiast loved that. Clean, spacious, easy to get to the park!

Cedar Point vacation

This was our first experience with a stay like this and we were very satisfied with everything. Love the little details like the towel dog in the bathroom and the towel bow in the kitchen. I would definitely recommend this property. We all felt very comfortable in the home, neighborhood.

The house was perfect. It was clean, and well kept. It had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away. We went to cedar point, and it was super close. Everything was perfect. We would recommend the house and we would definitely stay at it again.

Walleye Fall Brawl

We fish the Walleye Fall Brawl and we alway stay close to tue water. I really like how eaay it was for us to get to a public launch and that we could see Cedar Point from the livingroom window. Bryan was very accommodating with being able to park our boat. We will book them again in the future.

Too short

We were there for a wedding and really just needed a place for sleeping. The home was very clean and tastefully decorated. The furniture was comfortable and we enjoyed some TV and fellowship while there. Sandusky comes alive at night!! Great restaurants and we found a bar with live music Friday night, a very pleasant surprise! Wish we would have had more time to explore the area. 👍

Great house

This was a perfect place and the location was close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. The house is well supplied. If I had to make any suggestion it would be putting in the floor length mirrors in the other 2 bedrooms. Keep in mind we had 4 women stay. Other then that it was very nice and homey

Eclipse Viewing in Sandusky

Everything at the house worked out very well for us. Everything was extremely well-kept and complete. We were able to prepare meals together, enjoy the lovely back yard (that's where we watched the eclipse), and have good conversations in the living room. The house is near some of the Sandusky docks, and we were able to watch water birds on neighborhood walks. My husband and I, our two adult daughers, and my sister-in-law found the house provided bothprivate spaces and congenial spots for sharing meals, conversation, and activities.

Nice little place right next to the Point

Pretty nice little place to stay if you want to have quick access to CP. Only a few things to note: There is a coyote statue next door, so don't be alarmed if you pull in when it's dark and think it's alive. lol- we did. Some of the flooring is uneven and you could hurt your foot if you are not cautious. The kitchen table benches are LOUD when you sit down. No Keurig, normal coffee pot. I question the Queen size bed in the master. Seemed small. Could do with a nightlight for kids. All the hand soap bottles were nearly empty. Otherwise nice. Appliances were newer, towels were nice, couch was spacious. It was clean. AC was good. Washer/dry were nice and not ancient like some VRBOs. WIFI seemed adequate. No deal breakers, just little nuances. Would recommend.
