Located in historic downtown Sandusky with a short walk to many restaurants, bars, shopping, marina, parks, and Ferry's to the islands. You are able to walk to the ferry's that travel to Put-in-Bay, Cedar Point, and Kelley's Island. The condo is located in a private gated community. Cedar Point and Sports Force are only 4 miles from the condo. Kalahari is only 7 miles from the condo. Dockage is available at Paper District Marina right next door.

This stylish appointed condo features 2 private bedrooms with queen beds and 2 full size pull out sofa bed couches in the living room. This condo can fit up to 8 people comfortably. The master bedroom and the second bedroom in the condo are both private bedrooms with queen beds in each of them. Wake up on the 2 full size pull out sofa bed couches in the living room to amazing views of Lake Erie as you gaze through the huge patio windows.

This living room is an open-concept area with a TV with streaming device and comfy seating area, perfect for movie nights or relaxing after a long day of excitement. Our fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures. It features a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, plus cookware and utensils that you may need. Enjoy your meals while watching the breathtaking views of the water.

The highlight of the condo is the private patio where you can step out and relax while sipping your morning coffee as it overlooks the scenic lake. It is a perfect spot for relaxing!

** Please note that we do not make exceptions to the cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance prior to booking.

** Parties, Events, Noise and Disturbances- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests are expected to respect the peace and privacy of other guests. No partying, excessive noise, offensive activity will be tolerated at any time during your stay. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK OUR PROPERTY IF THIS IS THE TYPE OF VACATION/GETAWAY YOU ARE LOOKING FOR. VIOLATORS WILL BE SUBJECT TO FINES IMPOSED BY OUR CONDO ASSOCIATION/CITY AND SUBJECT TO REMOVAL FROM THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND.

** Our city permit does limit the number of guests that are permitted in our condo. The total number of guests permitted
inside the condo at one time is 8 guests. Security camera/recording device are in the hallways and exterior area of the building complex are video recorded. No recording devices are inside the unit. Tampering with any monitoring device will also result in immediate removal without refund.

**A drip coffee maker is available in the condo with both regular and decaf coffee.

**There is no traditional cable on the TV's in the condo. The TV's are equipped for guests to use their own streaming device.

** The outdoor pool and hot tub are seasonal and they are typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, but this could vary depending on temperatures and weather permitting.

**Periodically, the association may perform maintenance/projects from time to time without notice to the owners. This may result in unusable amenities, obstructed views, and noise.

**There are washer and dryers in the building for guests to use that accept credit card.

**No firearms or fireworks are allowed in the condo or on the balcony.

** Local guests must contact host before booking.

** The building complex does not permit parking for trailers, boats, RVs, or other oversized vehicles. There is a public parking lot nearby for them, but it is not gated or monitored.

** Pets are not permitted and there are no exceptions.

Great location, views, and amenities.

This was a safe, convenient, and great property for our group. Only a few minute walk to tons of bars and restaurants and also the Jet Express. Pool and hot tub on site, and the sunrise view on the patio is to die for. Thanks so much for an incredible stay.

Very clean facility located around hospitable bars and residents. Enjoyed our side trips to Kelly's Island and Put in Bay, but also chilled out at the pool and hot tub. A definate 5.

Great location!

This place was exactly what we needed! Facility was clean, pool was great and downtown Sandusky is adorable. View was nice right on the water and cool view of Cedar Point. So many places to walk near the room and great little restaurant across the parking lot with beautiful views. Took several day trips and everything was close. Never drove more than 30 minutes to get somewhere. Kids loved it too!

Relaxing stay with beautiful views

We had a wonderful stay. The place was really nice, clean, comfortable, and had amazing views. We enjoyed walks around the lake and to local shops and restaurants. The pool and hot tub were a great time. We I’ll definitely return for future trips.

Sandusky stay

My daughter and I enjoyed this property for the week’s stay in Sandusky. We couldn’t have asked for a better view! I highly recommended this rental as it will meet your needs. There is local food/drinks/festivities and cedar point is just across from the bay. You’ll enjoy seeing the different boats come/go right from the marina which is just outside of the living room/dining room view.

Amazing Condo

This location, has a great sunset! The back door looks out to the lake! Plus, you can see Cedar Point in the distance! Another huge plus is the gated community! Would definitely stay here again!!

Travel Baseball Tournament Trip

Great location with alot to do within walking distance. Condo is right on the water with great views of Lake Erie. 10 mins away from Cedar Point Park and Sports Force Park. The Building is very secure with a guard at the gate and pass codes to get in and out of the property. Condo is a 1 bedroom but can sleep much more with two additional pull out sofas in the living area.

And I will be back again! Super place in great safe location with views and people watching almost around the clock. Not sure why so many go to the pier but they do. Come and enjoy!

Check-in is just a little confusing due to the security and layout of the complex. Owner gives instruction, just a little hard to follow. Unit is spacious and clean. Nice location within the complex, no stairs to anything.

Needs a little maintenance

Overall the condo unit was very nice! However we bought food in order to grill out. I had everything ready and come to find out the grill is missing the electric cord. So needless to say we didn’t have a great experience with that. The patio doors were very very hard to lock and unlock which made going outside almost not worth it. Just some things that need to be addressed from the owners.

Overall a terrific unit and property. There was on an issue with not being informed of a change to the gate codes which I had to receive from another occupant. Once that was resolved the stay was great!

Great getaway spot

Check-in could be improved by including the building’s door number with your instructions. Additionally, a list of what to bring (coffee, filters etc) would have been helpful. Bottom line though is that we enjoyed our stay and would return.
