This charming cape-style home is nestled in Sandwich's Town Neck Beach area and underwent a complete and tasteful renovation in spring 2022. Step inside to discover a sparkling and comfortable retreat featuring brand new kitchen counters and appliances, fresh furniture in every room, updated lighting, and fresh paint throughout. Town Neck Beach, the renowned boardwalk, local restaurants, and the scenic canal bike path are all just moments away.

The first floor boasts an inviting open living space that seamlessly transitions into the dining area and kitchen. Glass sliders lead to a well-appointed outdoor seating area where you can relax in the sun with a book or barbecue with guests. A first-floor bedroom offers two twin beds with additional sleeping space on a pullout trundle.

Upstairs, you'll find two spacious, light-filled bedrooms.Both floors feature full bathrooms—one with a tub and the other with a walk-in shower.

Grab your beach chairs and sunscreen and head down to the water for the ultimate Cape Cod vacation experience!

Owners will consider 1 small dog with prior approval.

The house was just right for our family and our family pet. It was convenient to the beach, restaurants and downtown Sandwich.

Great house

This was a perfect location for us! The house was clean and true to the description. We loved being able to walk to the beach and to Tree House! It’s one of our favorite spots.
