    THE VIBE
    This cottage feels so relaxing and inspiring with its wide-open studio layout.

    Formerly a charming boat house, this completely renovated and modernized retreat features dramatically huge wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows facing the lake, a brand new kitchen with a 5-burner gas stove and gorgeous quartz countertop countertops, and a large bathroom with a dramatically curved tile and glass shower.

    There is also new private office area when you can work or take a Zoom call.

    Wake up refreshed with a brand new king sized hybrid foam/coil bed that isolates movement from your sleeping partner. There is a washer and dryer in the basement as well.

    And yes, it has great air conditioning!

    Your own private beach has two chaise lounge chairs and a large picnic table. Due to liability issues, we're unable to offer kayaks or watercraft but there are several local rental shops where you can have something delivered to you for an affordable price.

    Wifi (Xfinity) is extremely fast and stable. Hi Definition Smart TV comes with Cable and apps (Netflix, Apple TV, etc.).

    This cottage is located just minutes to beaches and golf courses, fantastic shopping and dining at Mashpee Commons (10 mins away), and is a quick 15 to 20 minute drive to downtown Hyannis or HYA airport.

    If you're looking for a restful, comfy, and rejuvenating home that has so much, this is it! This the best "staycation" for New Englanders or the perfect first visit to Cape Cod.

    No smoking, pets, and parties please.

The view was breathe taking and the space was small yet comforting. The little label reminders were very helpful. The suggestion for things to were great. Wish week had more time to try the different places. Was an overall amazing stay would stay again.

Incredible place! We had a hiccup trying to get the electronic door lock to work when we arrived late in the evening. The host was very quick to answer his phone and help us resolve the issue (which was operator error). Very clean, beautiful view, and the most comfortable mattress! My only regret is that we got in late, had an early flight out, and only got to enjoy the place for 9 hours. Would love to come back someday!

Maybe a bar to steady oneself in the shower? (Great shower!). Kitchen perfectly equipped. I liked the many unobtrusive labels on everything. The beach space is private and natural. Comfy beach chairs. I simply loved it. Pleasantly euro and spotlessly clean. Another little blanket for sitting on the couch would be nice. Plenty of Capey things to do plus food stores nearly. This is a jewel.
