"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was fine. Breakfast was the usual fair of breakfast cereals, bagels, toast, and muffins.....they have hot items from a waffle maker, and a small tray of eggs and sausage.....small supply, so you have to camp out in the area and grab some while you can, as the other guests dive bomb the supply to overflow their plates to snag it all for themselves. 24/7 coffee and tea machine was nice. The Only issue was the room air-conditioner kept shutting off with the error code E9. I looked it up online, it was for excessive moisture and the unit shut off to protect itself. Not surprising since we were there in a MASSIVE HEAT WAVE when it was 100+ degrees during the day, and only got down to 80 degrees at night with a lot of humidity. We had to keep turning it off and back on to reset the unit so it would blow cold air. Sever other guests had the same issue, and we didn't bother the staff about it. Way beyond their control.....we've stayed there with no issues previously in normal weather. Otherwise, another pleasant stay. We've been there several times and for the cost you really get a lot compared to other hotels in the area. They worked with me to give a refund when we had to leave 2 days earlier than our reservation. (The wife and I both got heat stroke and sick, so we cut our vacation short.) I would recommend this hotel to anyone."

"The inn was conveniently located to everywhere I needed to go. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was spotless and the bed comfortable. I would have given 5 stars except for the fact that there was a power outage on Friday night that lasted almost 1.5 hours and the hotel had NO GENERATOR!! You simply cannot have people sitting in their rooms in the dark for that long. The young night clerk was very apologetic, but I got the feeling he didn't really know what to do. I asked him if he had called the power company to get an update and he replied, "I'm sure somebody called". He told me he was watching the street to see if any of the businesses across from the hotel had power. I ended up contacting the power company myself to get information about the outage. I found it disturbing that nobody from management showed up. People asked for water and evidently there was no supply for emergencies bcs the young man apologized that everything he had has been given out. I heard him on the phone with what I assumed was a manager, judging by the conversation, but no manager ever bothered to show up. I feel that the situation was about as mismanaged as it could get. I would strongly suggest that management invest in a generator for future emergencies."

"-Room was clean and spacious. it had a full fridge, microwave and a cook top with all the utensils needed to make a full meal. -the bed was very comfortable -breakfast was very good..it was basic (eggs, bacon or ham or turkey sausage) some fresh fruits, good selection of yogurt and cereals. -staff was very friendly and helpful -hotel parking was $17 per day but there are other options close by the hotel -walking distance from Caesars casino and hotel is about 10 min..and is the same for the water front"
