"Property was very clean and comfortable! The breakfast was great! Food was very good and dining area kept very clean! My only issue was at check in.. I walked in and there were two clerks dealing with other people. Understandable, but there were 3 people ahead of me with issues. Neither clerk acknowledged me or greeted me when I walked in. I stood there almost 30 minutes while the other clerk stood there looking at her computer with no customers. She didn’t bother to even look at me or acknowledge me. A simple smile or we will be right with you would have been nice. I would go back for the convenience of a clean and comfortable hotel and the fact that the wonderful breakfast and free airport shuttle service. The check in part really upset me, as being ignored was a big minus. "

"Driving up to the front of the hotel is lackluster. But upon entering,you are great with a lively lobby and beautiful great room. The rooms are more of a Holiday Inn quality with Holiday Inn room quality amenities… not the spa quality room one would expect. But it is clean, and we loved having our own hot tub on the balcony. The dining room food was “fine”. The staff was fantastic. The spa was very nice. We would return, with adjusted expectations. "

"The hotel staffs was good except the manager and the front desk worker when we tried to check into our room, the where talking about that they couldn't find our reservation, saying it was canceled i had to called Expedia customer to have them called the hotel to confirmed that i had an reservation. But everything else was good."

"Housekeeping only came every other day to replace towels. Beds not made or room cleaned Heard loud noise came from room above…reported to staff who was very understanding but they couldn’t help stop it! Overnight parking very expensive for area. "
