"This listing is beautiful. Very cozy, simple, and family-like design. All facilities are in good shape and well equipped, just like you'd want in your own home. "This property was amazing from start to finish. Layout of the home provided privacy for our group of four, but could comfortably accommodate many more. Gimli, Winnipeg Beach, Selkirk and Winnipeg are very accessible. All Canadiens, apparently, know and love Gimli. The lake is beautiful and swimmable. The fact that the cabins are just across the street from the shoreline means nothing. It's safe to cross the rarely travelled road. Try the swings!"

"This is an old school cottage. Lots of extension cords, pull cords on the lights. It was very clean the appliances all worked with lots of clean water. The third bedroom is actually a veranda that is attached to the back of the cottage. There is no bed and the couch is not a pull out. It is a recliner couch. It didn't matter to us because we didn't need the extra space. Barbecue tank was empty of propane but the owner arranged for me to purchase propane and reimbursed me for the propane very quickly. I really like this place. It gas an old school vibe. There are lots of plates, pits pans, cutlery etc. dishes. It is a clean cozy cabin. If you're looking for something a little more rustic and very economical this is your place! We will stay there again!"
