"I had an Ocean View room so the view of the sunset (if you were not out on the sundeck watching it) was perfect. The meals were very good, catering for almost any diet. The staff were very friendly and courteous but not over bearing. The rooms were clean and felt fresh - due to the number of rooms on the plot size they were designed to encourage the visitor to be out and about and only be in the room for a daytime siesta and your nightly sleep."

"The condo was glorious. It was spacious and very well appointed with loads of towels, A/C in all rooms, tea/sugar/spices and all necessary kitchen appliances and amenities provided.The view to the beach was stunning and unobstructed with comfy furniture on the waterfront balcony. The pool was also beautiful and well maintained. The beach in front of the condo is a bit narrow, however…The walk slightly north to the beach of St. James is approx 4min on the road (or can be accomplished at low tide on the beach). Chairs with food and drinks are available on the wide and spacious St. James beach.There is also a very convenient, fully equipped Massy supermarket a short bus/taxi drive north. It has a very wide selection of grocery items and alcohol.And finally, the bus system on the island is fabulous, and a great way to meet the kind and lovely locals. There is a bus stop just a 1 minute walk from the condo.Anne, our host, was second to none. She responded quickly and thoroughly to all of our questions."

"We had a wonderful stay at this property. 5 minute walk to the most beautiful beach in Payne's Bay. Plenty of room at the property and my husband particularly appreciated the mosquito netting on doors and windows (although we only saw a couple of mosquitoes during our trip). Great to have a washing machine too. Monica, the cleaner, who popped in halfway through our trip was delightful. Would definitely stay again."

Bar staff / wait staff definitely need to improve as wait times for anything are long. Most requests are also forgotten which led to frustration. "

"This was our first visit to All Seasons resort and we weren’t disappointed. The room was spacious and airy and well appointed although the electric cooker was disappointing. All of the staff were exceptionally polite and well versed in their jobs. The property is well positioned and is an easy walk into Hole Town. Would definitely stay here again"
