"While the staff were very pleasant and helpful—the physical property has seen better days. Our first room had a leaking shower and a non-working refrigerator. We were moved to a different room without question. This room was laid out a little better. But, both rooms had the a/c & heat vents right next to the bed. We had to turn the system off at night so the cold air wouldn’t blast onto the person on that side of the bed."

"We were disappointed when we arrived. The yard was overgrown and lawn hadn't been mowed. It was difficult to have a clear path to the door due to the over grown trees and bushes This appearance of the outside of the house definitely detracted from it.Also the light above the door isn't bright and made it difficult to see st night,it was fun than bright.The view of the house on the website was nothing compared what we saw at check in.There was an issue with the smoke alarm beeping after we were on bed the first night.There was an issue with some of the flooring and carpeting. The kitchen floor had two pieces of transition floor trim and that were definitely a trip hazard!The carpet on the steps wasn't attached properly,another trip hazard.The exhaust fan didn't work in the downstairs bathroom.We shared our comments with the host.The kitchen was stocked nicely along various useful appliances,including dish soap,dishwasher detergent,trash bags I"

"Communication prior to our arrival was second to none! When we arrived at the house, every little detailed was considered from a sweet welcome note, to a thoughtful welcome basket, and even down to dog gifts for our fur babies! Because there’s access to the beach, they had beach towels, bug repellent, and sunscreen available. The house was beautiful inside and out with separate towels protected outside for the hot tub. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! Pat and Ken are fabulous hosts!"

"Everything was good. Only negative was the girl At the coffee shop in the lobby. She put two medium coffees on counter and announced “two medium coffees” and neither the guy next to me or myself realized each was for one of us bc we assumed it was for someone who ordered TWO bc that’s how she announced it. The. Seemed irritated that we didn’t get it. Oh and parking was not extremely convenient but still cost 35 bucks."

"I'd highly recommend this property for a single person or a couple. I didnt get a chance to use the sauna or jacuzzi unfortunately, but place is very nice & comfortable. In a nice peaceful neighborhood, not far from downtown Annapolis. My next trip down , ill definitely book it again!"
