"Room had a broken entertainment center door that was laying next to it. I let the front desk know so I was not charged for it. The attendant took the notes down on the situation. Upon leaving I was charged for my room 348.56 total and it was paid with ONE KEY cash for 307.10 thru hotels.com and after repeated calls I disputed the charge with my credit card company. "

"Everything was wonderful, beginning with the check-in. Enjoyed Anthony's Happy Hour and Baby Cakes for morning coffee. The M staff is exceptional and you can tell they're happy to work there. Congratulations to M for their staff training. "

"OK, we're all terribly mad!! Host Dan didn't coordinate with Mother Nature to provide us with perfect weather! LOL, just kidding! Yes, it was very VERY windy, but that was certainly not his fault! And Dan was the perfect host in every other way! This beautiful home made us all (my husband and I and 8 relatives from Sweden) very happy and comfortable. Not only is it gorgeous with museum-quality art and furnishings, but the home has all the "extras" you may need or want. Dan made it quite easy to walk into this sparkling clean resort. Yes, the pool and outside was tropical and fabulous, as well!The only small downside was that the water pressure in some (not all) of the sinks and showers was low, but that can be delt with. We all enjoyed it, and would definately recommend this home to vacationers."

"It was really cold when I was there so we couldn’t use the pool and hot tub, but the peacocks were awesome. I really enjoyed the house. Everything was pretty easy. The owner easy to get in touch with super chill."
