"The room was comfortable however, our room was not ready for check-in at 3 PM and we were not able to get into our room until close to 7 PM. The staff did not keep us updated and told us they had no idea when our room would be ready. The property itself feels dated and has a dirty feeling to it. The staff were not overly friendly or entirely helpful when it came to check in or finding our rooms or getting dinner. We will likely not stay again at the resort as a result of our experience."

"This place sets the bar high for any other rental. The owners had the most organized and detailed information binder available and were incredibly responsive and attentive. The property was perfect for me, my 2 adult children and dog. All of the little touches (basic condiments, k cups, some toiletries and paper products) were the perfect finishing touches on an already cozy and beautiful place. A fully stocked kitchen made cooking a breeze and the cleanliness of the home was second to none!! We would definitely stay here again!"
