"Did not receive the room type that was in the reservation. When I went back to the front desk I was told there was nothing they could do except leave a note for a manager. Nothing was communicated to me about this at checkout either. "

"Check on was a little confusing but we called VACASA and they assisted rogjt away. WIFI access was easy and house was clean inside Hot tub was clean and we had no issues, outside needs updates. Porch was unkept and 1 seat around the firepit did not suffice the 10 of us. Property was overall clean and nice other than what I memtionedI would suggest updating the furniture outside."
"We had an amazing stay at this beautiful mountain home! The house was incredibly spacious, perfect for our growing family and had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable weekend. The amenities were top-notch. We especially loved gathering around the fire pit in the evenings and enjoying all the games the home had to offer.One of our favorite spots was the outdoor porch with the swing and fireplace such a peaceful place to relax and take in the gorgeous views. The location couldn’t have been better: right off the ski lift, close to everything, yet it still felt secluded and tucked away in the mountains.We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic getaway. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!"
"Mark was easy to talk to and answered any questions promptly. I have stayed at other VRBO's in the past and have been burned. We are a large family. My husband and I like to take our adult children (5 girls) and spouses and our 2 grand children and my Mother on a vacation. This place was absolutely perfect. Was large enough to host us and entertain us. We have made some great memories. "
